"GIMME A BREAK" Cleaning Services has a professional, trained, and courteous staff to provide top of the line cleaning services tailored to your needs. We are insured, bonded, and we do background checks to give you a greater sense security and ease of mind. "Gimme A Break" will assign a principal team to each home or office we clean. We periodically rotate team members to ensure quality cleaning and cross checks. We will always provide at least one of the principal team members in this rotation because it is important to maintain the familiarity of your home and unique requirements within the teams.

All fees and charges are due and payable immediately upon completion of the job assigned or at the completion of each scheduled cleaning.

• IF YOU REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SERVICES, PLEASE NOTIFY 72 HRS. IN ADVANCE
• PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH ACCESS. PROVIDING A KEY IS NOT ABNORMAL
• PLEASE SHUT OFF YOUR ALARM SYSTEM TO AVOID DRAMA!
• SECURE YOUR VALUABLES, COLLECTIBLES, ETC.
• IF CHILDREN  ARE PRESENT, DO NOT LEAVE  THEM UNATTENDED DUE TO THE DANGERS OF CLEANING SUPPLIES.
• IF YOU MUST RESCHEDULE, A 72 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO PREVENT ASSESSMENT OF A SERVICE FEE

We Guarantee Our Work. “SATISFACTION GUARANTEED” If we clean and you are not satisfied, call us within 24 hours and we will reschedule a crew to come and redo your areas of concern. We do reserve our right to cancel services at any time for any reason, if we choose  to cancel during a job in process you will only be responsible for the specific service performed and or hours used in the performance of the job.

We provide all cleaning products and equipment, However, if you have something special you would prefer that we use, let us know and we will make a note in your program profile for our associates to ask for your special products when they arrive to clean. We make every effort to use high quality products and we cannot be responsible for allergies or health conditions that may be irritated by the use of these products.

Unfortunaltley accidents sometimes happen. "Gimme a Break LLC " is fully bonded and insured and will work with you and our insurers to repair or replace items that may be damaged or broken as a result of an accident caused by one of our associates. It is our policy that our teams report any incident that occurs, so that GAB Cleaning can work to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. It is agreed that "Gimme a Break LLC"s liability for all causes and or events will not exceed up to 10 (ten) times the amount of the current cleaning invoice.

Gimme a Break" Cleaning Services has a normal 1 hour arrival window. If your team is running late due to unforeseen conditions, a representative will call you to let you know of their estimated time of arrival. If your scheduled house cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we need a 72-hour notice. When short notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned.

You agree not to hire any past or present “Gimme a Break” Cleaning Service or “Gimme a Break” House Cleaning employee/past employee/associate, other than through our office for a period of not less than 2 years from the date that employee last worked for “Gimme a Break” Cleaning Service or “Gimme a Break” House Cleaning, for cleaning services at a residence, home or business office. In the event that you feel that you must hire this person in spite of this agreement, our referral fee to you is $2,500 and is due in full immediately upon employment or use of the employee/past employee/associate, regardless of whether the employment is regular employment or on a contract basis.

Your signature and/or assignment of the service work to “Gimme a Break” on the Quotation and Service Agreement is your acceptance and understanding of the terms and conditions as outlined in the preceding paragraphs

We believe that making you aware of how we use your non-public personal information ("Personal Information"), and to whom it is disclosed, will form the basis for a relationship of trust between us and the public that we serve. This Privacy Statement provides that explanation. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement from time to time consistent with applicable privacy laws.

We may share your Personal Information with our affiliates, such as banks, other vendors and other principals and service providers. In addition, we will disclose your Personal Information when you direct or give us permission, when we are required by law to do so, or when we suspect fraudulent or criminal activities. We also may disclose your Personal Information when otherwise permitted by applicable privacy laws such as, for example, when disclosure is needed to enforce our rights arising out of any agreement, transaction or relationship with you. One of the important responsibilities of some of our affiliated companies is to record documents in the public domain. Such documents may contain your Personal Information.

Right to Access Your Personal Information and Ability to Correct Errors or Request Changes or Deletion.

Certain states afford you the right to access your Personal Information and, under certain circumstances, to find out to whom your Personal Information has been disclosed.
